Author and real estate investor Matthew Soren has put together in The Creative Real Estate System a complete system to help you understand and succeed in your market and today's economy. 

The system is fairly comprehensive as it includes the following titles in the library:

After reviewing the course, there is a ton of information included for the price (you have the option of paying $47 for just the e-books or $67 for the e-books and the audios), but I found it fairly general in nature.  There were some details included for various strategies, however, on some strategies it was almost as if the whole picture was not presented.

So, all in all this is a good course to grasp the basics and there really is a ton of information for the price, but you would definitely need some additional materials to fill in the gaps.
