In How to Build a Massive Fortune Through Real Estate Foreclosures, Jeffrey Ringold discusses how to properly invest in real estate through foreclosures.  Similar to Foreclosure Profits Now, this book discusses the ins and outs of foreclosures and how to profit from them in this economy.

Again, while I think this is a good book to have in your arsenal if you are interested in foreclosure investing, it only gives you one piece of the picture.  There are multiple ways to invest in real estate - and foreclosure investing is one avenue to get there.  However, it is not the only way.

Once you have a solid understanding and foundation of real estate investing, then you can see what you like and don't like and start to focus in on specific areas.  So, bottom line, while this is a good, detailed explanation of investing through foreclosures, it does not give you the solid foundation of investing in real estate that you need in my opinion.
