In Foreclosure Profits Now, Matthew Griffin covers real estate investing through foreclosures.  While this is a very informative book and is well worth having in your library, it is only one aspect of real estate investing. 

I personally have made quite a few profitable deals off of foreclosures and I highly recommend anyone getting into real estate investing to learn about foreclosures.  However, when you start out investing in real estate, you need to get a broad based background of real estate investing in general instead of something so laser focused.

So, bottom line, while I do recommend this books for those interested in investing in foreclosures (this is a great time to do this too, by the way), I don't think it will give you the broad based background you need to understand real estate investing as a whole.
